Abstract:
Language is natural phenomenon that all humans have an ability in language verbal or sign language, It is started from a baby four months develops until no limitation ages. Children language acquisition theory will be discussed as support of this research.
Language acquisition can be gained by children commonly from their environment especially their parents as mother language, then it is possible can be gained from their friends, teacher or electronic media after an infant knows and joins with them. So, In this case writer will try to know by some analysis how children foreign language acquisition especially English at second grade students at one of elementary schools. Because of developing of technology grow up very fast that influence of many things included language acquisition for children that can be gained not only from their parents but also out of their parents example by playing game that can be done by themselves or join with their teacher and their friends.
We will know, how student who gains their language by study English and the student who gains language acquisition using games. Why, to gain language using games as language acquisition because study language and language acquisition is different, the people who studies a language he or she must learn some rules or method but language acquisition must not do it, language acquisition just need an ability in listening and speaking, it is not emphasized by rules or some method so in using game it is very suitable because learning a language using game is free.
In this case writer tries to research foreign language acquisition especially English as sample writer takes second grade elementary school students. This research is hoped to know how children language acquisition and how the influence of language acquisition using card games in gaining their words especially in English words as foreign language for them.
