dc.description This study was conducted at SanPatients health service with the aim of analyzing the latest developments in cloud computing and IoT-based health service applications, analyzing the components of the IoT and Cloud Computing framework. And determine how IoT and Cloud Computing regulations and policies in health services help develop the sustainability of health service information systems anywhere. Further reviews analyze the implementation of health service information systems in hospitals as an example of the application of cloud computing and IoT technology, and analyze the success of using these service information systems as challenges and opportunities in developing IoT based health service information systems in the future. The research method uses a descriptive survey method and qualitative quantitative verification, with 181 samples of users of the SanPatients Santosa Bandung application. Data analysis management uses a partial least square structural equation model (SEM) model, a data management tool, namely SmartPls 3.0. The findings and discussions in this study describe the analysis of the Cloud Computing and IoT framework, the results of application trials on the SanPatients health service to determine the success of the implementation of the technology, with the results that hospitals Santosa Bandung have used IoT and Cloud Computing-based technology. The results of user responses to the SanPatients application are at very high criteria. en_US
