Abstract:
Village officials or employees who gain satisfaction in work is the basis for agency in order to a village or work performance of employees.
This reseatch is descriptive and verificattion conducted through data collection in the field, the research method used is the descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. independent variables are interpreted as performance approisal program denoted by X.Varialbel bound or dependent job satisfaction village denoted by Y. village office Mekarjaya jBungbulang District of Regency has the village as many as people (population). Then the number of samples to be taken is 4l people.
The results show the value of (P-value) for testing variable implementation of performance apprraisal (X) to Variable kepuasan Working village (Y) is greater than 5%, Which indicates that H0 accepted meaning that in this study there was no significant effect implrmrntation of performance appraisal of study the job satisfaction of the village.
