Abstract:
This Research describes an analysis of the contextual meaning of compound words and Analysis on Cooking Terms and Culinary Terms of MasterChef U.K and MasterChef Indonesia. The object of this study is the dialogue and prologue which contained on the episodes of MasterChef U.K and MasterChef Indonesia. The purposes of this research were To find out the process of compound words in cooking terms and culinary terms formed, To find out the meaning and the types of the terms of compound words also contextual meaning of compound words of the cooking terms and culinary terms, also the used method that occur in the MasterChef U.K. and MasterChef Indonesia.
