Abstract:
The research was conducted at BJB Syariah Bank Central Braga Bandung is one of the Regional Development Banks engaged in services and services. The work of employees of Bank BJB Syariah Pusat Braga Bandung is reflected in the high and low performance of employees in quality, quantity achieved and employee attendance.This research method uses descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by library research and field research (observation, interviews, questionnaires), the analytical method used uses validity and reliability tests, calculation of multiple linear regression analysis and multiple correlation analysis. Data processing is done using analysis of determination and hypothesis testing. Data obtained from the company amounted to 144 employees and the population studied amounted to 59 people.Based on the results of the discussion showing training and promotion has a positive and significant influence on the work performance of Bank BJB Syariah Braga Bandung employees, with the determination coefficient value of 55.4%, while the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other factors.
