dc.description.abstract Human resource has been long considered as a significant variable in a success of organizations. This situation calls for a systematic and thorough management of human resources. Success stories are abundant on how developed countries have developed and implemented human resources management. This article provides steps to be taken in order to successfully adopt the best management techniques and practices in developed countries in developing countries. Cultural differences between develop countries and developing need to be addressed. Intervention is needed to minimize constraint from social environment which by various efforts which includes shifting cultural limitation, building beliefs and cultural values to fit their management techniques and practices in local culture. Consistency in implementing these efforts will eventually result in organization success. Key words: culture fit, implementing human resource management approach en_US
